The Real-Time Modeling System links to manufacturing execution systems, enabling real-time views of data and quick 'what-if' analyses. The toolset enables the most accurate view of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes in the industry, without sacrificing speed or simplicity.

Bioproduction Group's approach has been used to debottleneck and improve scheduling at both large-scale (120+ KL) bulk manufacturing sites, as well as fill/finish and packaging sites.
