Bio-G has developed a toolset for Biopharma Operational Excellence groups based on process modeling and real-time data analysis. The toolset models biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes and allows quantification, prioritization and optimization of key areas of waste.

Bioproduction Group's toolset allows Operational Excellence groups to understand the key areas in their plant better and includes labor, resource and activity modeling as well as variability and uncertainty. For the first time, the Real-Time Modeling System allows Operational Excellence groups to see processes evolving in real time, and understand the effect of the changes they make at a process, plant and network-wide level.

Bioproduction Group's approach has been used to quantify and reduce waste streams in bulk, fill/finish and packaging sites. The toolset has been used by biomanufacturers to make informed decisions saving them tens of millions of dollars.
